Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 100% refund.

• No Refund

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations on the day of service are also non-refundable.

• Force Majeure

  • In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other unavoidable and unforeseen events, KastroTours may offer a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.

Refund Requests & Procedure

• How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pt.xlnspace.gr, including:

    • Full name

    • Booking reference

    • Service date

    • Reason for cancellation

• Submission Deadline

  • Refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours after cancellation (provided it was made on time).

• Refund Method & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to be processed.

Important Notes

• No refund is given if the customer provides:

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Wrong or incomplete pickup location

  • Arrival after the agreed pickup time

• Refunds are not issued for services partially used or skipped by the passenger voluntarily.

• KastroTours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service for safety, legal, or operational reasons. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative arrangement.
